  • Estate sales are run much as a retail shop would be. Every item has a price tag. Estate sales are vastly different from yard sales or garage sales as they cater to customers looking for higher-end, antique, vintage or other unique items, as well as daily household items. Our sales are beautifully staged, professionally organized, and extensively advertised.

  • First, get all your legal ducks in a row. If there has been a death in the family, make sure that you have full authority to sell.

    Then decide what you and other family members would like to keep and remove those from the property. Try your best to take all records, papers, and memorabilia with you, if we find more items (pictures or scrapbooks or personal records) while setting up, we’ll ask for permission before selling.

    We may recommend bug bombs, carpet spray, smell diffusers, or temperature control to create a more pleasant experience for shoppers.

    Remember, any liens or other encumbrances are solely your responsibility.

    If you can, avoid selling, giving away items to friends and neighbors, and tossing things out. We don’t want you throwing away or giving away something that could be of value, additionally those items will be attractive to buyers, the more people we can attract to your sale, the more successful it will be. Don’t worry our team will sort through everything and figure out what will sell and what can be discarded.

  • Depending on the condition of the house and how much stuff is there the process can take anywhere from one to two weeks from start to finish.

  • We charge a sliding scale based on the items and quantity. Our rates are low and competitive.

    We agree on the commission before the sale.

    We DO NOT charge extra for advertising!

  • You’d be amazed at just how well even an average estate can and does sell when staged correctly, priced fairly, and advertised well. We can liquidate an entire estate, regardless of what you have. Don’t worry about individual items, look at the big picture. Ultimately, it’s the estimated sales gross that determines whether or not we take a sale. We sell furniture of all types, clothing, general household goods, tools, vintage and antique items, ephemera, and so much more.

  • After the initial consultation we will draw up a contract, which protects you!

    We will take great care to explain this process to your senior relatives or the estate trustees.

    We arrange your furniture & precious items so that they are attractive and accessible.

    Our expert pricers do further research & then price the items to sell at max profit.

    Pictures are taken to be added to our website.

    We market & advertise the estate sale.

    On the morning of the sale our team uses strategic placement of area-specific and area allowed signage.

    The 2 or 3 day estate sale is conducted!! 

    For fee we can contract with clean out specialists and make your home look its best when on the market.

    If you need we also have a local real estate agent on staff ready to help with selling the house.
